How soon will my order ship?
Please allow up to 72 hours (sometimes more) for your order to process before shipping. We do our best to process and pack orders as quickly as possible!
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. Please note that it may take up to three business days after receipt of shipping notification for the information to populate on your tracking number. If you have still not seen any updates after three business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your shipping methods and rates?
A shipping rate is calculated for the items in your order based on total weight. All shirts ship via USPS First Class mail to provide the best possible pricing (when compared with other carriers). Our USPS rates are based on US shipping zones across the US with Denver as the shipping origin. We have tried to offer the best shipping pricing and will work to optimize shipping options for customers as we grow the business.
Print on Demand items include free shipping in the price and will also ship via USPS First Class.
What international shipping options are available?
At this time, we do not ship international orders, but will be adding this capability in the future. Thanks a lot GDPR :)
What is your return policy?
If the requested return is a result of our mistake (we sent you the wrong item or size), we will gladly accept your return and replace the item. If you need to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and photos of the item in question. It may take us between 3-5 days to process your request for a return. You will then be provided you with instructions on next steps to compete the process.
If you ordered the wrong size, we will gladly accept a return for merchandise. All items must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed with original tags intact & applicable packaging). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received, you will be issued a full refund.
